ax111 Platform — User Agreement

1 Introduction

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ax111 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. For informational purposes, users in Pakistan should note that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any provincial regulations — may independently apply to their activities.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the governing law above.

Nothing in this clause limits ax111's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.

14 Amendments to These Terms
